1987 was the start of establishing a restaurant to serve the people of the city of Nablus as well as its visitors, then Saleem Afandi Resturant was opened in 1995, in a place recognized by its natural caves, water falls and outside yards where old trees give the place a unique atmosphere and readiness to serve 500 persons.

The restaurant has also a winter hall with a seat capacity of 200 persons, equipped with all the needs to comfort the visitors; air conditioning, sound and light systems, which makes it ready for parties, workshops, weddings and other occasions.
